FORM™ is a tool to assist you with portion control.
For effective weight management, quality nutrition, sufficient hydration
(drink sufficient water) and moderate exercise are recommended.
In conjunction with Form, we suggest you also use "FIXX™"
as a nutritious meal replacement shake for one or possibly even 2
meals a day. FIXX™ contains a balance of nutrition including
whey protein, vitamins, trace minerals, probiotics, digestive enzymes,
antioxidants and additional fiber. You are ensured of receiving the
nutrition your body requires. The remaining meal(s) should consist
of a variety of veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, with meat/fish/poultry/dairy
